AW Kelleys Gardens Inc.

Marilyn is a long-term resident of the Lee County-Fort Myers area. She grew up here with her family on Pine Island and in North Fort Myers. Her parents owned a lawn business and a tree service in the county. Consequently Marilyn was around plants much of the time which helped develop her love for the agricultural industry.

The fascination for plants continued into adult years and Marilyn went on to make it her career. She was fortunate in being able to work in Alva, Florida for the largest producer of cut flowers and ornamental plants in the area. She enjoyed her employment there for over 20 years and learned many traits about plants, computers and managing people.

Marilyn started a new journey with A.W. Kelley's in 2005 and is our Office Manager. She directs financial matters, human relations, office administration, inventory and customer service activities. Her main intent is to make sure that customers are satisfied with all of the services that we offer and to encourage staff to make it happen. Often Marilyn will crack a great joke to help us all “lighten up” and remember that work can be enjoyable. Kelley's is privileged to have such a dedicated and experienced lady in their midst.
